The period of late Han Dynasty and beginning of Wei Dynasty, Lishu entered into another simplification to transform into Kaishu. At the middle of Jin Dynasty, this written form had become very popular. During Shui and Tang Dynasty, it had reached its maturity, commonly used among the folks. Till today, Kaishu had been used for 1500 years. The characteristic of Kaishu were neat, the strokes were very well define and obvious.
